My constructed figurative sculptures are a reflection on what I think that it means to be human. The figures are unspecific and faceless, an anonymity which allows the onlooker to impose him or herself more readily. They are placed in situations where they interact, often with inanimate objects or animals, to create an unwritten narrative that often reflects vulnerability or emotion.  I often make multiples so that the sculptures can be arranged, the spaces between them again reflecting both their physical and emotional state.
