The ravens were my first set of multiples, the idea taken from the Grimm’s fairytale ‘The Seven Brothers’.  They were made of oak, and burnt to create a deep black colour.  Made to be re arranged, they can placed to make almost abstract three dimensional drawings in a room.  I made several different versions, and a few were editioned.  Unfortunately, the foundry went bankrupt and the moulds are lost.
